Our mission

The New Jersey Matrix is an evolutionary environment equipped with the development tools and resources to pave the way for young individuals with a passion for Softball. Our Matrix is intentionally designed to reshape a player in to a well-rounded athlete by immersing them in the energy of a positive environment along with certified professional coaches, elite level trainers and nationally recognized partners. We ready our athletes to compete at the collegiate level and offer resources to assist in the recruiting process to ensure their success. Most importantly we aim to redefine their personal boundaries, helping them understand that their reality is only as constrained as the mind allows.
